Whether you're seeking support as an individual or as part of a relationship, therapy is an invitation to reconnect — with yourself, your partner(s), and your deeper needs.
My practice focuses on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based approach to healing relationships and strengthening emotional bonds.

At the core of my work is a belief that our emotions are not the problem — they're the guide. EFT helps us tune in to what's underneath the conflict or disconnection and build safer, more responsive ways of relating.
